School Rules

We anticipate our students to take pride in their work, appearance, and achievements. It is essential for them to cultivate a sense of self-accomplishment, self-discipline, and to exhibit courtesy towards everyone in both the school and the community. Our unwavering commitment is directed towards realizing and nurturing this vision.

For Parents

To ensure the optimal educational experience for your child, we recommend maintaining close communication with the school. Parents and guardians are strongly advised to review their ward’s Almanac daily, ensuring that assigned lessons and homework are completed.

It is important to encourage students to uphold neatness, regularly check the uniform, haircut, and punctuality of their ward in the morning. Remarks recorded in the diary should be regularly reviewed and countersigned. Parents are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues about their wards by writing to the class teacher in the almanac.

If there are concerns about the desired progress of your ward, please make contact with the class teacher. Ensure that your ward carries the necessary books according to the timetable for the day. Encourage a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities, and sports.

In the event of any infectious disease in your home, please report it immediately and refrain from sending your ward to class until the infectious period is over. If your ward is absent from school, it is essential that they make up all missed work.

Since the medium of instruction in the school is English, parents should assist students in following their work easily and intelligently by engaging in regular conversations in English at home.

Parents are kindly requested not to directly approach the class to meet teachers or children. Scheduled appointments are encouraged, especially on Saturdays, for meetings with teachers. Additionally, parents and guardians are expected to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) days to discuss and note the progress of their wards.

Students are expected not to miss any teaching, games, library, dance, and music lessons. Any student found using unfair means during tests will receive zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repeated instances will lead to suspension.

For Students

  • Always maintain a positive mindset and have confidence in your abilities.
  • Address difficulties promptly; leaving them unanswered may lead to greater challenges later. Clarify doubts in class to ensure a clear understanding.
  • Avoid working when tired; take short breaks like a walk in the garden for a refreshing interruption. Complete your lesson efficiently and avoid wasting time.
Incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine to keep your mind fresh.
  • Never neglect assigned lessons or homework; skipping them is akin to missing a train that cannot be caught again.
  • Ensure homework is completed neatly and on time.
  • As you grow, establish a daily timetable for yourself and your studies.
  • Review the week’s lessons at the end of each week.
  • Pay attention to your handwriting and presentation from the beginning, as they significantly contribute to success.
  • Organize your bag in the evening according to the timetable for the next day to avoid morning confusion and ensure you don’t forget any books or notebooks.

Transportation

1. The school offers transportation services covering all major routes. Information regarding buses/vans and routes can be obtained from the school office or the transport in-charge. To avail of the transport facility, please complete the provided form.

2. Those interested in utilizing the school transport services are required to make a separate payment for this service. Once opted, the use of transportation becomes mandatory for the entire academic session. Students must arrive at the nearest bus stop at least 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick-up time.

Note: Students using their own transportation methods are prohibited from using scooters and motorcycles.

We understand the unique challenges that students and their families face, which is why we are dedicated to offering exceptional educational experience tailored to modern educational needs.
